Accounts & Administration Sections

Account Section

This section is headed by the Accounts Officer, who is responsible for preparation of annual budget estimates, revised budget estimates, SNEs, carrying out internal audit of the accounts of field offices and is overall supervisor of the accounts, flow of expenditure, preparation of replies to the audit paras etc. and maintenance of record.

Administration Section

This section is headed by a Deputy Director Labour assisted by one Administrative Officer, is responsible for all matter relating to administration, service matters, preparation of comments, briefs, summaries, submitted to various authorities. Being a senior officer invariably involved in all matters/functions being performed by the field officers.
